[SI-LIST] Via/Contact Resisance?


Does anybody know of any books/websites that describe how to calculate
via/contact resistance/capacitance? I'm looking for some first-order
formulas.

I've been reading some CMOS books but they don't seem to offer any
discussion on this area.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
