Amp provides both single line models (SLM) and multiline
coupled models (MLM) that should be what you are looking
for. They can be found at.

Regarding vias, all vias are not created the same. If you
would provide the viewers of this fine list with geometries
stackup, etc, perhaps someone would be kind enough to let you
know what an appropriate model would be for your case.
