I need to simulate the effects of ground bounce/SSO on a double-sided
very narrow PWB. The bottom is a solid ground plane, while the top has
impedance controlled traces, with a Vdd flood everywhere else on the
top. I have calculated the Vdd inductance, but I want to verify it with
a measurement. Do I need to rent a network analyzer, or can I measure
Vdd inductance directly with our HP 4285A LRC meter?
