This is true if you are increasing IF bandwidth.  However, if you are 
decreasing IF bandwidth, you might be limited by the IF bandwidth setting 
during calibration.  If you want to measure low-level signals, be sure to 
calibrate at an IF bandwidth that is narrow enough.
