Zhangkun,

As long as the VNA works properly, there is no need to recalibrate if you
change only the bandwidth.  You can check for this by measuring a known
component after calibration, than changing the bandwidth and remeasure.  As
IF BW goes up, receiver noise may show up at low reading values.  That
should be all.
