Surjendra:
Way back when they invented VME, it didn't go fast enough for anyone to
care about modeling or SI or for that matter signaling problems except EMI.
Its a long shot, but tyco/AMP might have something tucked away somewhere in
the way of VME SPICE circuit models. Remember, VME has a strange grounding
pattern and if the models reflect that pattern, they will be hard to use
for anything else. If they are non-specific pin to pin models, then
imposing grounded pin constraints is straight forward.
Sincerely,
ed
