Hi Donald,
What you first need to do is get some safety pins and then see how many you
can get into the via. When you can't fit anymore into the via you count how
many you put in and then you know the capacity of the via.
...sorry I couldn't resist....
It sounds like you may be trying to find out what the current carrying
capacity of a via is? This can be found in a couple of books, or in the
archives of the SI list. Here is are a couple of threads (links not
