 There are two ways to have this done in SQ:
 1. Wrap it into DML MacroModel (HSpice) and simulate it use HSpice
 simulator. SQ takes care of all netlist building work in its environment.
 However, you need to have both HSpice and SQ license available;
 2. Use Cadence MI or Intel's IBIS Center (Arpad's tool) to convert it to
 IBIS format. Then use it in SQ tlsim simulator. MI is based on Arpad's IBIS
 Center algorithms for HSpice to IBIS extraction. So, they both can use the
 exectly same template (HSpice .lis file) to get IBIS models.
