You could also use the Model Integrity (MI) tool to make
IBIS models from transistor models. MI is part of the
Cadence tools.

Hi Sreejith,

I'm using spice models on Spectraquest. What I'm doing is converting
the spice model to Ibis. You can use the publicly available s2ibis
tool, or if you go through the Ibis specs, you can make your own
converter (I couldn't get the tool to work with our transistor models
for some reason). Ibis fits right into Spectraquest.

Hope this helps

I havent done much digging into this yet. Thought i will get=3D20

Does anyone have pointers on how to use Spice models / Xtor=3D20
models from TSMC in Spectraquest?=3D20

Thanks in advance
