As far as I know, HSPICE ignores those values in the B-element.
You have to understand that those parameters are used in flight=20
time measurements as a test load to a reference driver. HSPICE
doesn't do automatic flight time measurements based on IBIS data,
you have to put that together on your own using the .MEASURE
statements.

and adjust timing accordingly.

Does anybody in the forum know if that is the case with HSPICE?
I tried different values for the above mentioned values, and it looks
like HSPICE is "agnostics" for those.
