[SI-LIST] Using IBIS model with HSPICE

Dear experts,
 
In some simulators, such as the XTK when an IBIS model is parsed the
simulator looks at 
V_ref
V_meas
R_ref
C_ref
and adjust timing accordingly.
 
Does anybody in the forum know if that is the case with HSPICE?
I tried different values for the above mentioned values, and it looks
like HSPICE is "agnostics" for those.
