[SI-LIST] UltraCAD's ESR Calculator Upgrade

UltraCAD has just upgraded its ESR Bypass Cap calculator to Version 3.2
Previous licenses are fully compatible with this new release.

This revision is direct result of user input and requests.

The most significant improvement is a more flexible input data format, 
allowing optional comment fields and zero-quantity data records for easier 
evaluations of multiple sets of data.

Other improvements are a more flexible print output capability and the 
ability to put any arbitrary reference line as a target impedance on each 
output graph.
