PROFILE: 
*        Coupling Wave Solutions (CWS) has developed a unique solution that
reduces the impact of noise when combining analog, RF and digital blocks in
a single die or in a system in package (SiP). The platform will quantify all
noise sources and propagation paths including noise propagation through
substrate and interconnects throughout the complete IC and calculate the
impact on analog / RF performance. This analysis technique dramatically
improves design efficiency from initial architecture and system
specification to physical verification.
 
JOB SPECIFICS:
*        As an Application Engineer specializing in signal integrity, you
will function as a specialist in the use and application of CWS'
WaveIntegrity technology to help designers identify and resolve their mixed
signal noise problems. 

*        A BS or MS in Electrical Engineering is required.  Three to five
years of prior experience in the design, analysis and layout of analog / RF
or mixed signal IC's 
*        Fundamental understanding of parasitic coupling phenomena within
analog/RF/Mixed signal ICs.
*        Prior experience with at least one of Cadence, Synopsys or Mentor
Graphics environments.
