[SI-LIST] Two Layer Substrate packaging

Hi Friends & Experts ,
I intend to use a two layer substrate for a BGA Pacakge.
 My worry is , being two layer with out ground plane, it will
be noisy with EMI.The application being mixed signal , could
some one pls suggest a right tool to simulate the cross talk &
EMI affects on the sensitive Analog signals.Are there any suggestions
to improve the overall SI ?

Can some one sugggest some experts , who does  such simulations
at the Pacakge level.

Appreciate any suggestions in this regard.
