[SI-LIST] Re: Test Loading Issues on Quad XTK

XTK usually generates those values from the Measurement Voltage that is
listed in the IBIS model. Actually I think that the IBIS translator does
this (by calling XTK to simulate the test load and measuring the time to the
test voltage).
Note that these times are only used for synchronization to a static timing
verification engine and have nothing to do with actual SI simulation. Also
note that they don't help much unless your timing product understands the
TvM correlated delay numbers.

jon

Subject: [SI-LIST] Test Loading Issues on Quad XTK

Dear all,

I am using Quad XTK to do simulation. When I get the rising delay or
falling delay data, those values should be substrated by the
Time_TO_VM values from the IBIS model of driver. However, if the IBIS
model doesn't include Time_TO_VM data, XTK automatically generates
the Time_to_VM values. Does anyone know how these values come from?

Thanks in advance

Lawrence
