You can also try 'Printed Circuit Design' March 1999 which had an 
article titled 'Terminating Differential Signals on PCBs, what you need 
to know to get it right' by Steve Kaufer and Kellee Crisafulli, well 
worth a read.  Both these guys work/ed for Hyperlynx at the time.
