[SI-LIST] Teraspeed paper

I have just been going through the new Teraspeed publications released
on your website.

 

Firstly, thanks to you guys at Teraspeed for carrying out the work and
for releasing 

 them to us poorer engineers.  

 

I have been going through the paper entitled " PCB design methods for
optimum FPGA serdes

 jitter performance".  I have a question regarding the low pass filter
for the AVCCAUXMGT supply.

 

What is the nature of the 10KHz LPF.  Is it just a ferrite and a tant
capacitor.  Is the ferrite de-Qed at

 all?
