Hi experts,
I want to do SI simulation of my design at various temperatures.
The IBIS models of the devices specify temperature ranges as 0 to 100 degree
C and a typical value of 50 degree C.
My knowledge is, the VI and VT curves of the devices are specified at 50
degree C.
How can I specify board and device temperatures in Cadence Spectra Quest??
Even if there is a way, will the SI tool really scale the VI curves with
specified temperature??
Regards,
Chetan
