[SI-LIST] Substrates

hello  gurus,



Pls  help  me  arrange  the  following  substrates, in  order  of  thermal  
conductivity :

FR4 , FR5 , Alumina  substrate.


I  am  asking  this  because  a  surface  mount  device  exhibits  different  
power  ratings  using  these  different  substrates:

My  answer  would  be  :

Alumina  substate  will  exhibit  max.  power  using  surface  mount  device  
followed  by  FR4  and  FR5.


Am  i  correct !!!!
