Dear all
    Now I do some  statistical timing budgets analysis abuout tight timing 
interconnect.I can model the physical parameters on the 

PCB,such as :trace,voltage noise,via.But,I couldn't find  the probability 
density function between devices AC time parametera and PVT
(Process Voltage TEMP).

How to obtain it? Just simulated by a spice model?
