I think this question is more design related than SI, but anyway...

One important bit of information you left out is your maximum output
frequency. It might also be important how much you intend to spread your
clock... I would point you in the direction of AMI. I used one of their
programmable PLLs with a spread clock and had no problems. Of course you
should consult the manufacturer directly regarding your particular
application.
