Ron,Isnt there a differene in on-chip and off-chip embedded inductors in LTCC.
Can we apply the same concepts?-VJ

Drew,
The paper is:
"Frequency-Independent Equivalent-Circuit Model for On-Chip Spiral
Inductors"
Yu Cao, Robert A Groves, Xuejue Huang, Noah D. Zamdmer, Jean-Oliver
Plouchart, Richard A. Wachnik, Tsu-Jae King, and Chenming Hu
IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits, Vol. 38, No. 3, March 2003, page
419.
I hope this helps,
Ron
