Agreed, It wasn't free - I had to register and provide my information
including Email, phone number and address.  For this, I got a useless
tool.
Seems as if I paid for it.

For those of you who think you might download a useful tool.  IMO, you'd

be wrong.  The tool is limited to 4-port s-parameters maximum, displays 
only Magnitude plots, and does not display mixed-mode magnitude plots.  
However, I did get exactly what I paid for.
