Hi all,

I do some simulation with W-element (HSPICE), and I
would like to have a formula to calculate the value of
the skin effect resistance (Rs) and the dielectric
loss (Gd) for a stripline configuration. I would like
to have a formula more accurate than the internal
fieldsolver response.
