[SI-LIST] Re: Skin Effect on Power/ground Plane

Jongbae, this sounds decidedly like a homework problem.

Two facts are all:  important, seemingly paradoxical, and fully 
reconcilable: 

1) Lenz's Law really does work. 
2) We successfully probe cavities all the time.

Whether or not this is a homework problem, I think you will have much 
better appreciation for E/M if you work out why the above is true for 
yourself.  When you do, the answer to your question will be very clear.
