Hi Viswanathan,
You can start with the following books:

1) High-Speed Digital Design - A Handbook of Black Magic by Dr. Howard W.
Johnson and Dr. Martin Graham (ISBN No. 0-13-395724-1)
2) Signal Integrity - Simplified by Dr. Eric Bogatin (ISBN No.
0-13-066946-6)

Dr. Eric Bogatin offers several on-line courses on Signal Integrity at his
web site www.beTheSignal.com. Dr. Howard Johnson also has a web site
www.sigcon.com. You will find several SI related articles and papers at
these sites.

Hope this helps.
