Sunil, on the cheap Fast Henry is available free.  It is the same engine 
that is under the hood of Allegro PI.  CST, Ansoft, & SiSoft can all 
handle this problem.  If the rise time on the 20MHz signals are slow and 
the power supplies are well bypassed you shouldn't have a problem 
passing just a few signals.
