To Q2
    1)    In HSPICE, the RLGC matrix could be gotten. Based on the matrix, the 
impedance of differential pair could be gotten.
            Z_diff=sqrt ( (L-M) / (C+2Cm) )
    2)    In ANSOFT software, similar method could be utilized.
