[SI-LIST] Signal Conditioning Cable Assemblies

Experts.
        I'm looking to gather some resources regarding the principles 
associated with cable conditioning at speeds of 5Gbps to 40Gbps. Including
equalization, pre and de emphasis. I'm tring to create a list of requirements 
to design and manufacture conditioned cable assemblies. Any info at all would
be helpful.
