Our attitude is that you are not "caught" between two difficult positions,
rather, you have a "marvelous" opportunity to open up a dialog with the
customer to ask why they are doing it this way rather than the way you
usually see it. One of two things will happen:
1. You'll learn something
2. Your customer will learn something
This is an opportunity, not a problem!
