[SI-LIST] Scope/Probe bandwidth req for different interfaces

Hi all,
I am wondering what is the requirement for Scope and Probe bandwidth for
probing different serial and parallel interfaces like PCIE, SATA, FSB 1066,
DDR2 800, etc.

Is there a relationship b/w the frequency of Signal and bandwidth
requirement? How about relationship of rise/fall time with bandwidth
requirement?
