Hello, Jayasree,

In our IConnect software, which enables easy extraction of HSpice W-element
lossy transmission line models from measurements, you can scale the model
after it is created. For example, if the length of your T-line is 10 inch,
and you are looking to extract a per-inch loss model, that can be easily
done in IConnect.
