[SI-LIST] Re: SPICE/IBIS Models of DDR2 memory parts

Hello Mike,

You can also ask the vendor for the board model along with the IBIS. It
will help you more in understanding signal routing on DDR2 DIMM
especially terminations.

Kishan

Hi Michael,
You would find IBIS file available on any memory vendor website similar
to datasheet.

Micron link would be=3D20

http://www.micron.com/products/dram/ddr2sdram/partlist.aspx?density=3D3D25
6=3D
M
b=3D20

Get into "SIM MODELS" and you would get IBIS file

Lakshman

Subject: [SI-LIST] SPICE/IBIS Models of DDR2 memory parts

All,

Is anyone able to point me in the direction of downloadable SPICE or =3D3D
IBIS models for commonly available DDR2 memory parts?

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Rgds,

Mike
