[SI-LIST] Re: SPICE/IBIS Models of DDR2 memory parts

Hi Michael,
You would find IBIS file available on any memory vendor website similar
to datasheet.

Micron link would be=20

http://www.micron.com/products/dram/ddr2sdram/partlist.aspx?density=3D256=
M
b=20

Get into "SIM MODELS" and you would get IBIS file

Regards,
Lakshman

Subject: [SI-LIST] SPICE/IBIS Models of DDR2 memory parts

All,

Is anyone able to point me in the direction of downloadable SPICE or =3D
IBIS models for commonly available DDR2 memory parts?

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Rgds,

Mike
