[SI-LIST] SPICE model of 74VHC04 and SN74LV123A

Dear all:
I want to know the affection of power noise on 74VHC04 and SN74LV123A. Could
you tell where to find the SPICE model of these two element?
Are these two element too simple to have SPICE model?
Any advice will be prefered.
