  -Guaranteed hotel reservations: April 5, 2003
  -Advance registration: April 14, 2003

The deadline for the submission of abstracts to SPI 2003 is at the end of 
this week.
Developers and researchers are invited to submit their papers to 
maio@xxxxxxxxx, possibly as .PDF files.

The workshop covers the areas of interconnections and packaging modeling, 
simulation, design, measurement and testing at chip, board, and system levels.
