Gore cables aren't cheap ( particularly Phase Flex ) because they are
very high quality / high bandwidth cables that perform well and if not
abused will last many years. For a high bandwidth TDR or VNA Gore is
always my first choice. How much performance you need from your cables
depends on what kind of rise times you want to deliver to your DUT from
the TDR, and how consistently you want to deliver it. If cash is a
problem you can always look through the used market.
