Hello SI-List,

We want to let you know Optimal Corporation is expanding and has additional 
job openings in a few locations.  We are seeking Application Engineers in 
San Jose, Austin, Japan and Korea and an additional Sales Account Manager 
in our Boston office.

Since you've all worked with EDA application engineers and business people 
in the past, you basically know what this entails.   You should have a lot 
of patience, a
broad knowledge of SI, HF and power delivery applications, a strong work 
ethic, and excellent communication skills.

The basic requirements are:

BSEE or BS in Physics with 3+ years semiconductor and/or EDA experience
Expert in SPICE simulation, with parasitic RLGC extraction experience
Experience in high frequency design with finite element analysis tools
Good understanding of Signal Integrity issues in PCB, Packaging and IC 
industry
Superior verbal communication skills
Professional presentation and writing skills
