Foxconn manufactures Connectors, Cable Assemblies, Chassis, RiserCards, =20=
Switches, Key-boards, CD ROMs, Thermal Products, and System =20
Integrations for our clients in the computer, communications, and =20
consumer product markets.
Engineering Service Division (ESD) is now looking for upbeat and =20
dedicated candidates to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Responsible for defining =93safe design space=94 guidelines for high =20=
frequency, fast transitioning signaling.
2) Use simulation tools to assess timing, noise margin, cross talk, =20
signal loss and signal integrity of all clock and critical data =20
signaling in high performance switching systems.
3) Work closely with board and system designers to assess tradeoffs and =20=
provide design guidance and review. Enable the team to achieve first =20=
pass design success.
4) Assess component and packaging technologies to determine suitability =20=
and fitness for use in high performance switch design.
REQUIREMENT:
1) MSEE or above preferred. Background in Electromagnetics, RF, or =20
microwave preferred.
2) Minimum of 4 years SI experience with multi-GHz signaling, layout =20
techniques, development of routing guidelines, simulation tools =20
(HSPICE), and measurement techniques.
3) Ability to work within a team in a collaborative and effective =20
manner.
4) Proficiency in analytical tools
5) Proficiency in understanding technologies & packaging materials =20
tradeoffs for high frequency, fast transition signaling tools: HSPICE, =20=
SpectraQuest, XTK, and HFSS.
6) Familiarity with PCB fabrication technology and PCB stack-up design.
7) Good understanding of ASIC and digital system design.
