[SI-LIST] SFF to SFP adapter board

All,

Is anyone aware if a small adapter board exists to mount a SFP =
transceiver into SFF transceiver footprint. I have a board with SFF =
transceivers and would like to use the latest SFP transceivers on it.

Any help would be appreciated,
