Bob,

The rise and fall times in the custom menu are calculated from the 
wave-table, (V/T), data.  The only difference is that SigXp calculates it 
from 0-100% as opposed to 20 - 80%.  It should be similar since the IBIS 
data is typically generated by driving the buffer into a test load.

The rise and fall times are only valid into the "test load."  These may 
differ from the actual rise/fall times in your system since the loading 
will most likely be different from the test load.
