All,
I received my copy in the mail the other day, and I think it's worth
every penny. There's always tradeoffs involved when you present
information of this nature (MANY ways to skin a cat). The approach of
this book is efficient, practical and relevant. Perfect mathematical
rigor is a tall order when combined with these.
