[SI-LIST] Resistor construction for high frequency operation

There are numerous types of surface mount resistors available - thick
film, thin film, metal film. Has anyone characterized these types for
high frequency performance? How do the parasitics vary? Are there
types to avoid?

Thanks,

Mike
