[SI-LIST] Reliability calculation

Hi all,

Sorry for this off-beat query.

I need to do reliability analysis for a metering product (MTBF [both =
MIL-217 & Bellcore] and FMEA). The product has few interconnected PCBs and =
is intended for industrial use. Regarding FMEA, it has been decided to do =
design FMEA.

I am looking for a good software and standard procedure for above =
analysis. Any suggestion is welcome.
