[SI-LIST] Reflection Simulation

Hi SI GURU`s

Only you people can tell  me how can we check or simulate a reflected wave 
mechanism like PCI on any SI tool for the completed PCB design
Means if I give PCI compatible stimulus what should I Interpret from the result 
(waveforms of tr. and rec.) that this much trace length is giving 1/2/3 
reflections or it is not reflecting at all .

any help or guidance is welcome
