I would also like to suggest "Perfect Timing A Design Guide for
Clock Generation and Distribution" by Ernie Buterbaugh(Cypress
Semiconductor).

It is freely available:

http://download.cypress.com.edgesuite.net/design_resources/application_n
otes/contents/perfect_timing_ii_12.pdf

The book explains how to design clean/solid clocks, and discusses PLLs.

A valuable signal integrity book to have.

Best Regards,

Abe
