[SI-LIST] Questions about impurity in dielectric material.

Dear all,
 
    I have questions about the effect of impurity in dielectric material. 
    The fields transmitted thou dielectric material with some impurity will be 
distorted, as a result the votlage or current or loss will be different to the 
case of pure dielectric. The question is, for microstrip or stripline, should 
this effect be considered? And in what case it should or should not? Have 
anyone done some simulations about this? Thank you!
