[SI-LIST] Question about implementing capacitors on IC

Hi,

Do you have any good idea about implementing a capacitor whose neither 
plate are tied to VDD or GND on IC?

I don't want to use PIP or MIM capacitor due to cost. On the other side, 
sometimes I need a coupling capacitor about 5pF~10pF. Do you think that 
common sandwich capacitor is feasible?
