Does anybody out there in the SI world have any information on either a
QLogic ISP2100, ISP2100A or ISP2200? I am interested mainly in the Fibre
Channel
parts of the chip. Specifically , is the drive CML, PECL or what? Are
there any SPICE
models that exist for the drivers? If not, has anybody used any company
that
can generate SPICE models from actual parts? Is there any documentation
that
describes how to change output voltage swing, bias, output impedance, etc.
on the
drivers?
I also know that the IP for the drivers is from LSI. The press release in
1998 from
QLogic states that is known as LSI "Gigablaze" technology, if that rings a
bell with
anybody.
Any info on these devices would be much appreciated. Internet searches
and company inquires have yielded next to nothing on these parts.
