Zhang_kun, I also don't think it has to do with the -48V, but for safety 
reasons, you really want separation in the X-Y plane between the battery 
side, and isolated side of your system.  Dr. Sayre has offered some good 
recommendations.  If you do not have sequencing control over your power 
supplies, then at a minimum stack the supplies with high capacity shottky 
diodes to minimize the risk.

If you have a PDF of the power system, I can take a quick look.
